Please complete and return the relevant forms to the Membership Services Desk before camp:
- Vital Info & Emergency Contacts (required for all campers)
- Waterfront Adventure Centre Waiver (If you are registering for the Waterfront Adventure Centre camp, you will be required to complete the form of Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risk.)
- Medical / Learning / Behavioural Information (if applicable)
- Medication Administration Authorization (if medication is needed during camp hours)
Financial Assistance
If you are applying for financial assistance, please complete the Financial Assistance form before registering. Forms can be submitted at the Membership Services Desk Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Our Summer Daily Camps let you choose the days that work best for your family—one day, a few days a week, or all summer long. Each day, campers are welcomed into a fun, engaging environment with activities that match their interests and comfort level.

What to Expect
- Indoor & outdoor games, sports, arts & crafts, recreational fun
- Daily variety like crafts, swimming, gym time, and activity centre time
- Lunch + two snack breaks (meals/snacks not provided)
Ages & Day Schedule
- Ages 4–12
- Drop-off 8:30–9:00 a.m. | Pick-up 4:30–5:00 p.m. (early pick-up available—check in at the Front Desk)
- Government-issued ID required at pick-up; we release campers only to authorized pick-ups. If someone isn’t listed, we will call the primary contacts to confirm authorization.
