YThrive is a YMCA exercise and coaching program to help you reach your goals.
Getting and staying active isn’t easy. The biggest barrier isn’t necessarily the exercise itself, it’s knowing what exercises to do to reach your goals. How many reps and sets? How much cardio? YThrive gives you the tools you’ll need so you can spend your time working on you instead of worrying about planning your exercises.
The YThrive program is designed to support your fitness experience at your local YMCA. All the exercises can be completed in 50-minutes or less.
With every YThrive program, you will receive a printable workout plan and video, guided by a YMCA-certified coach.
