• Fitness Centre

You’ll feel confident and supported in our fitness centre. At the Y we have what you need to help you reach your goals including fully stocked fitness floors, our helpful staff and an inclusive environment.

• Group Classes

Group Fitness Classes are an immersive experience for all. You’ll feel motivated in a supportive and fun environment while nurturing your mind and body. Join us for AquaFit, Zumba, Yoga, Cycle Fit and more.

• Aquatics

You’ll feel great with a wide variety of aquatics programs for all ages and stages. From swim lessons, recreational swim to small group lessons, family swim and AquaFit, the Y has all of your favourite aquatics programs.

• Sports and Rec

Sports and Rec programs are a great way to strengthen our connection with one another. You’ll feel included by joining in on the fun; you’re also building strength in our communities.
